the CD at the pilot meeting each morning and revised as necessary.
Landing will be on a 5 meter tape marked 50 to 5 ever half meter.

Find your way to Long Island and look for the Long Island Expressway (LIE RT 495), Southern State Parkway or Grand Central Parkway (which becomes Northern State Pkwy) East.
Take these to Rt 135 North, the Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway All the way to the next to last exit, Exit 14E Rt 25 East toward Woodbury
Go about .6 miles - Turn left onto Southwoods Road ( golf course on left)
Go about 1.3 miles (pass Syosset High School) to Sportsfield on right.
Go into the parking lot and drive down the right side, past sports fields, past the open gate onto the dirt road.
Drive slowly, watching for walkers and mountain bikers crossing the road (Bike trails cross this road). Please be careful as you drive on the dirt road. The road will open to a field.
Food and Drinks - LISF will provide water and soft drinks at no charge.
Bring your own lunch as no food will be provided or be available on the
field.
Timing - All pilots will be expected to time for other pilots or the contest
will not be able to proceed until we have enough timers. Pilots are
expected to arrange for a timer prior to coming to the flight line. If you
need help, ask. If you have not timed before, this document may be helpful.
