Are there any fliers on this forum from Connecticut?
I have 3 or 4 guys I sometimes see out at the field, but we have nothing organized for competitions any more in our lovely state. I plan to drive to Sudbury and Long Island for the three closest ESL competitions this year, but am not willing to drive that far for their regular fun-fly competitions.
I hear LISF has contests on one Sunday a month. That kind of camraderie, and a chance to practice is invaluable. If there are other CT fliers, especially anyone with a winch, that would like to help me learn to fly in a contest format I'd love to hook up!
Any fliers on here from CT?
