Hi All,
In proximity to the RISC flying fields and keeping costs reasonable, there are:
Holiday Inn, South Kingstown, 3009 Tower Hill Road South Kingstown, http://www.ihg.com/holidayinn/hotels/us/en/south-kingstown/sknri/hoteldetail
Hamilton Village Inn, 642 Boston neck Road, North Kingstown http://www.hamiltonvillageinn.com/
Classic Motor Lodge West Greenwich, 859 Victory Hwy, West Greenwich, https://plus.google.com/109716893353575926141/about?hl=en
Hampton Inn South Kingstown, 20 Hotel Drive, South Kingstown http://hamptoninn3.hilton.com/en/hotels/rhode-island/hampton-inn-south-kingstown-newport-area-NPTSKHX/index.html
The Wickford Motor Inn, 7650 Post Road, North Kingstown, RI http://wickfordmotorinn.com/index.html
There are more, but they're slightly further away and some dearer too. If I where coming over and was looking for a place, my choice would be the Hamilton Village Inn from what I could see. If any of you have queries, feel free to post them here, email or call me. Will be very glad to help.
If you need the area code for the fields it is, 02892.
Cheers, Al |

Is Mystic, CT almost the same drive time as the hotels that are in North Kingston and South Kingston area? More miles to get to contest site, but it appears that would mostly be I95. Plus it would save some drive time out Friday evening when heading east to the contest. |

Hi Mike, yes it's very possible to do. Most of the places to stay nearby are about 15 to 20 min away. I live in Newport and that is a 45 min drive, whilst its only about a 30 min drive from Mystic, most of it on I95, so it's an easy drive to the fields. Hope to see you there. Cheers, Alex
