Folks of the ESL,

My sincerest apologies for getting this done so late. The order for
the 2005 season trophies has been finalized and the vendor is now
working on it. The plaques should be shipped from the vendor between
Wednesday Feb 1 and Thursday Feb 7. Trophies are being awarded to
the Top 10 Experts and Sportsmen in the Open Class, and the Top 5
Experts and Sportsmen in the HLG league. For those lists, see the

With a little luck, you should get your award before the first
contest of the 2006 season!

We are already planning for the 2006 awards so that people will not
walk away empty handed from the Year End contests. Please bear with
me, it's my first year as President and I'm proving to be every bit
as bad as I predicted I would be!

The 2005 awards have finally been mailed out to all recipients. And only a month late or so! Below is a list of the USPS tracking numbers. The vendor says to contact him directly if there is any damage in shipping.

I received mine on Thursday of last week! Didn't know what it was at first, but was elated to find it was a nice piece of ESL wood :)
